Durham Remodeling Project
This Durham remodeling project is well underway with a number of updates planned. Watch the transformation of this Durham home. While I am not involved in the actual work, I am documenting the progress of this total house renovation project.
This older house is located in an older Durham neighborhood fairly close to Duke University and downtown Durham and is receiving a well needed renovation. Some of the remodeling includes updating bathrooms, remodeling the kitchen, refinishing the heart of pine floors, updating the HVAC, and some of the plumbing and electrical is also being updated.
